Returns
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or if there has been a fulfilment error, please contact us via our contact form and our customer care team will be happy to assist you.
To qualify for return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that show visible signs of use.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with fragrance preferences.
Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected and you will be notified accordingly. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 10-14 business days for our team to inspect and authenticate the item(s). After verification, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
