1. Delivery Locations

At Good Kani, we are committed to delivering your orders with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

2. Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched via Courier Guy, ensuring competitive shipping rates and reliable delivery times.

3. Delivery Times

Standard Orders: 2–7 business days for processing
Custom / Made-to-Order Items: 3–7 business days for processing

Please note: Processing times are not inclusive of courier delivery time. Delivery may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays.

4. Shipping Notifications

We’ll keep you updated throughout the delivery journey. You will receive notifications when your order is:

  • Collected by the courier

  • In transit

  • Out for delivery

  • Successfully delivered

5. Delivery Costs

  • Standard Shipping: R120

  • Free Delivery: For orders over R1000

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Good Kani is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient being unavailable, redelivery will incur an additional shipping fee.
